Specialist fitness development classes designed for children, powered by The Brand X Method.
The CFS Youth Fitness programme will give all young people the skills and knowledge to lead a healthy lifestyle. By teaching efficient movement patterns, children will be able to thrive in their daily activities and in sporting excellence..developing all round fitness for a purposeful future. As well as providing a fitness pathway for athleticism, our focus is for children to have fun and develop life long habits in an ever changing world. Through fitness they will build character and resilience and therefore a strong mindset.

3 -7 years
FRIDAY: 4 – 4.45 pm
8 – 11 years:
MONDAY: 5 – 5.45 pm
FRIDAY: 4.45 – 5.30 pm
12 – 15 years:
WEDNESDAY: 5 – 5.55 pm
SATURDAY: 9.30 – 10.25 am
